I like her better with long hair because I always think long hair looks more feminine and romantic BUT maybe she needed a change and it will always grow back. It's low maintenance for summer. So, I'll give it a thumbs up. She's pretty no matter what she does to her hair, kinda like Natalie Portman.

I gave myself a haircut like this when I was out of it(Manic) , It took me years and years to grow it back, so I don't know what katie was thinking or if she was instructed my tom. but I don't recommend this if it is not particularly your style!
